If you provide your flight number, we actively track delays and adjust your pickup time accordingly. After your plane lands, your driver will wait up to 60 minutes. If you have not provided your flight number and we cannot reach you via your registered contact details, your transfer vehicle will wait for up to 30 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. After that, the reservation will be canceled automatically.
